The Enacare way

Every protection below runs automatically. No one at a facility, and no one at Enacare, decides whether you deserve it today.

Late cancellation? You're still paid. Once a confirmed shift passes its grace window (2 hours after confirmation, or the shift's start, whichever comes first), a facility cancellation pays you half the scheduled shift at the posted rate. Automatically.
Cancellation rules cut both ways. Cancel well ahead and it costs you nothing. The penalties for late changes fall on facilities too, not only on you.
Your pay never waits. Timecards auto-approve within 48 hours, so payday never depends on someone remembering to click a button.
Every shift is verified and real. If something isn't claimable yet, we say exactly why and exactly how to unlock it.
